A wealthy businesswoman falls in love in Kashmir. But as the couple reunites in Delhi jealousy rears its head.

Delhi-based businesswoman Arti Singh Rathod lives a wealthy lifestyle along with Nanny, Suku, and friend and employee, Anuradha. She decides to travel to Kashmir and take possession of a piece of her land that is being occupied by Suraj Arora. Her Nanny tells her she was brought up by the Arora family until her dad, Karan Singh, became wealthy and broke off all relations with them. Once in Kashmir, all differences are forgotten and both Suraj and Arti fall in love with each other. Arti's life will soon change after she finds out that Anuradha, too, has fallen in love with Suraj, and this discovery will not only create complications and competitiveness between the two women, but also change everyone's lives forever.

Sanjay and Priya are in love and are planning to marry. When Priya learns that her father has been arrested, they decide to postpone their wedding. However, destiny has other plans as Sanjay dies in a car crash. Sanjay lives a poor lifestyle in Darjeeling and makes a living as a Tourist Guide. He meets with Calcutta-based Priya Khanna, and both fall in love. When she receives word that her dad has been arrested, she returns home, and with a lot of problems does manage to secure her dad's release. She then finds out that Sanjay is also in Calcutta, both meet and plan to get married. Her dad finds out and cautions her against meeting him as this person's real identity is Tarun Kumar Saxena - the very man who had him imprisoned. Priya disbelieves her father and goes to meet Sanjay - and this is when she will find out that her dad not only told her the truth, but Tarun is already married to a woman named Rita.
